These terms govern use of the Master Screen Graphics website (masterscreengraphics.com) and services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Master Screen Graphics provides custom embroidery, screen printing, signs and banners, and promotional products to businesses, organizations, and individuals. Project specifics are confirmed in writing via quote or order acknowledgement.

Quotes and orders

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to art approval — we require written approval of a proof before we begin production. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at order placement. New customers may be required to prepay. Business customers can apply for net-30 billing after credit review.

Customer-supplied goods

We are not responsible for defects, sizing, or damage in goods provided by the customer. Bringing in your own garments or blanks for decoration is at your own risk. We will notify you of any damage that occurs during production.

Intellectual property

You represent that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, and designs you submit for production. Master Screen Graphics is not liable for trademark or copyright infringement claims resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

Delivery and pickup

Target delivery dates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed for delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Williamson County, Texas.
