There is no strict minimum — we take on jobs as small as one custom shirt, one sign, or one embroidered cap. Larger runs get better per-piece pricing, but we never turn away small jobs.

Most embroidery and screen printing jobs run 7-10 business days from art approval. Rush service is available for events. Signs and banners vary — call us and we'll quote a firm date.

No. Our in-house designer can build a logo or design from your idea, and our digitizer prepares files for embroidery. We work with what you have — vector, photo, or scribble.

Vector formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) are ideal. We also accept high-resolution raster files (.png, .jpg, .tiff at 300 DPI). If you only have a logo on a business card, send a photo and we'll recreate it.

Simple screen printing jobs with provided vector art typically have no art fees. Digitizing for embroidery has a one-time setup fee per design — waived for many repeat customers. We'll always tell you upfront.

Yes, we can print on garments you bring in, though it's usually faster and more cost-effective for us to source them. If you have a specific brand in mind, let us know and we'll price both options.

Yes — we ship nationwide via UPS and FedEx. Local customers in Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, and the Austin metro can also pick up at our shop on County Road 290.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash for in-store pickup. Business customers can set up net-30 billing after a credit review.

Yes — we have preferred pricing for local schools, sports teams, and nonprofit fundraisers. Call us with your group and we'll work out a rate that makes sense.

For screen printing: yes, we mix inks to Pantone reference. For embroidery: we match the closest thread color from our stock — exact Pantone matches aren't always possible with thread but we'll get as close as the material allows.

What's the difference between screen-printed signs and vinyl signs?
Screen-printed signs use UV-stable inks bonded to the substrate — they hold color 2-3 years longer in Texas sun than printed vinyl, which is why we still offer the process. Vinyl is faster for short-term use; screen printing is better for long-term outdoor signs.
