How our embroidery differs
Most embroiderers outsource the digitizing step — which means a generic file, long turnaround, and surprises on press day. Every embroidery file we use was built in our shop by a digitizer who has been doing this for over two decades. That means tight stitches, accurate color mapping, and no puckering on hats.
What we embroider
- Apparel: polos, oxford shirts, jackets, pullovers, fleece, aprons, scrubs
- Headwear: ball caps, trucker hats, beanies, visors, bucket hats
- Bags: backpacks, duffels, tote bags, garment bags
- Patches: iron-on, sew-on, heat-seal, and 3D puff
- Towels and blankets for gifts or spa/fitness clients
Minimums and turnaround
We can stitch as few as one piece (yes — one) or runs of several thousand. Typical turnaround from approved art is 7-10 business days, with rush service available for event deadlines. Large corporate uniform orders may run longer; we'll give you a firm date before starting.
Artwork requirements
Bring us whatever you have — vector (.ai, .eps, .pdf), raster (.png, .jpg), or nothing at all. We recreate and digitize. First-time setup fees are waived for most recurring customers.
